Stacey Smallwood MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Stacey is a Family Nurse Practitioner board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She attended Eastern Kentucky University where she earned of Bachelor of Science of nursing in 1998 and her Masters of Science in nursing in 2003, graduating with recognition from the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. She is an active member of the Kentucky Coalition of Nurse Practitioners and Nurse Midwives.
During her 24 years experience as a nurse practitioner, she has had the privilege of working in a wide variety of settings including family practice, after hours urgent care, oncology and dermatology. She has a special interest in preventative medicine, comprehensive holistic care and patient education.
Stacey is a Stanton Kentucky native, but currently resides in Richmond with her husband and son. Growing up on the backside of Natural Bridge State Park and Red River Gorge, she enjoys swimming, explorative hiking and fishing in the local waterways. When she's not busy with her various outdoor activities, she is cheering her son on at his sporting events.
