Plantar fascia tears are usually noted to be acute pain in the arch of the foot after a trauma. This could even include playing with grandkids in the front yard. Most patients experience severe pain and "egg shaped" swelling on the bottom of the heel/arch. Fortunately this is not a surgical problem. At Lexington Podiatry we treat most plantar fascia tears conservatively with casting or a walking boot. We then follow through with the patient and use custom orthotics to prevent future injuries and keep the feet healthy and supported.

At Home Treatment

1. To ease the pain and reduce inflammation soak your feet daily in RELAX. The lemongrass will soothe aching joints and minimize down time.

2. After you've patted the area dry, apply our super potent CBD stick, SOOTHE. Or our CBD-FREE pain-relieving ointment, RECOVER. Both will offer a refreshing sensation while erasing away your pain.
