Katherine Kubarek, APRN, FNP-BC completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Indiana Wesleyan University in 2012.
She has worked as a registered nurse in the medical/surgical unit, stroke intensive care unit, and an outpatient pain clinic. Katherine also has clinical experience in the areas of family practice, urgent care, under-served/under-insured, and ob-gyn care.
She earned her Masters of Science in Nursing- Family Nurse Practitioner from Indiana Wesleyan University.
Katherine is excited to start her nurse practitioner career in podiatry since podiatry is a specialty near and dear to her heart, due to her mother and stepfather suffering from long-term foot problems.
Due to having family members who suffer from foot problems, and her experience in healthcare, she has a lot of empathy for what patients are going through. Katherine hopes to help improve the future of healthcare and is taking new patients.

Katherine currently resides in Lexington with her husband, their daughter Alexandria, and their cat, Chloe.
Katherine loves going to Keeneland and watching UK basketball. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, crafting, traveling, and being outdoors.
